Information for Potential Suppliers

The MuseCon Marketplace will run Saturday from 10:30 am - 7 pm in the convention's main function space on the second floor. We understand that moving in and out using the elevators is sub-optimal, and appreciate your participation. Merchandise should be related to music, tinkering, fiber arts, and other creative endeavors. Priority will be given to suppliers of items our members need for their obsessions creative pursuits, and the creative expressions of our suppliers.

Marketplace tables are 30in x 72in (6ft) and cost $20 each. Tables will be reserved on an "initial tables will be assigned first" basis. If you would like more than one table please indicate this on your application, and if there are tables available after applications close on July 21st, 2017, additional tables will be assigned on a first-requested-first-granted basis.

All suppliers and any assistants must have memberships. Memberships are not included in the table rate, please purchase separately.

Please note: suppliers are responsible for any operating licenses which may be required by local, state, or federal authorities, and for the collection and payment of any local, state, or federal taxes. MuseCon, Inc. will comply with the Illinois Department of Revenue reporting requirements for operators of fairs, festivals, craft shows, and other special events. Regarding individual Supplier Rooms:
Suppliers may also sell out of their hotel rooms, which they reserve and pay for. There is no additional fee for selling from a hotel room, but you are still required to have a convention membership and register with our Supplier Coordinator. If you are interested in this option please contact us at prior to submitting an application.

Note: There will be no sales permitted without convention approval.
